Production Turning

Our CNC department is very diversified. Anewco has machines with bar feeders for high production along with the ability to swing 40" in diameter x 80" in length. Two of our production turning centers have bar feeders for your high volume runs. One of which has live tooling to reduce a secondary milling and drilling operations.

CNC Lathe; 25.5" x 80" (648 x 2032 mm) max capacity, 40" (1016 mm) swing, 40 hp (30 kW) vector drive, 2400 rpm, 2-speed gearbox, A2-8 spindle, 15" (381 mm) chuck, 10-station bolt-on turret, programmable hydraulic tailstock, 15" color LCD monitor, memory lock keyswitch, USB port and rigid tapping. Standard toolholder kit included with BOT or Hybrid turret.

The Haas TL-15 turning center is a dual-spindle CNC lathe built on the very popular Haas SL-20 foundation. Double-end part capability, a max capacity of 8.2" x 17.5" (208 x 445 mm) and a bar capacity of 2.0" (51 mm) (main spindle) make this twin-spindle turning center a high-production machine. The TL-15 also boasts a hybrid tool turret (6 VDI40 and 6 bolt-on tools) and the ability to add options like live tooling and full C-axis capabilities to the main spindle.

The Eco Load barfeeder is an economical alternative for spindle length bar stock feeding. The Eco Load is designed for simple applications, especially for standard production parts, and for medium and large production runs.
